Gollum Browser

Gollum Browser is a rather cool name for a wikipedia browser! It is actually a browser inside a browser and uses Ajax. This is another innovative way ajax is put to good use!

Although I don't see why I should use Gollum Browser rather go straight to wikipedia, it looks a little faster than visiting the wikipedia page itself (maybe because its the gollum server [better connections / higher bandwidth] reads from wikipedia and then sends the data over to the user.)

In fact, it may be useful if you are based in China. As I explain here on my website, Gollum Browser as well as Answers.com are an easy way to bypass the censorship of Wikipedia in China!
